About

Hatch Youth is Houston’s oldest, currently active social group dedicated to empowering LGBTQIA+ youth between the ages of 7 and 20. Hatch Youth groups provide  a safe and affirming environment where youth can socialize, make new friends, and engage in educational and creative activities to help youth in and around Houston not just survive, but thrive.

How to Join Hatch Youth

If you are a parent or youth who would like to learn how to join Hatch, please contact Ky Hill (they/them) at program@hatchyouth.org to schedule an intake appointment.

Hatch Youth meetings occur every Tuesday from 5-7pm (via Zoom), Friday from 6:30-9:30pm (in-person, masks required), and Sunday from 6-8pm (via Zoom). Hatch Jr. takes place on the second and fourth Sundays of each month from 2-4:30pm.
