Internship Opportunities

The Montrose Center is currently accepting applications for Clinical Practicums/Internships.

If you are passionate about providing LGBTQ-affirming counseling services, we’re looking for you!

Students have the opportunity to build a diverse caseload of clients with a variety of presenting problems such as: anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use recovery, gender and sexual minority-related concerns, and more.

Caseloads range from 6-12 clients and 1-2 groups. Weekly individual and group supervision is provided. Bilingual students are an asset!

Application Timeline

Summer/Fall Practicums: Applications are accepted January – March. Interviews and selections made by March/April.

Spring Practicums: Applications are accepted September – October. Interviews and selections made by late October.
