Use of Trademarks/Logos Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Montrose Center grants the beneficiary the right to use the Montrose Center’s trademarks, trade names, logo designs, and agency descriptions as prepared and delivered to the beneficiary by the Montrose Center (“Sponsor Materials”). In compliance with the terms of this agreement, the beneficiary must advertise the Montrose Center as the Event sponsor, using the provided Sponsor Materials in all mediums of advertising, marketing materials, and/or promotional goods distributed solely in conjunction with the Event and in accordance with the Montrose Center’s trademarks and logo usage guidelines.
3b Incidental Fee For use of the sponsored space, the beneficiary shall provide a valid credit card for the purposes of an authorization hold to cover any incidentals that occur during the Event Time. This includes damages that occur to the booked space and adjacent areas and any behavior that is in violation of the Facility Usage policy.
