Your sexual health is important. The Montrose Center provides a safe and affirming space where you can feel comfortable getting tested and discussing your sexual health needs.

The Montrose Center offers community-based outreach and support to individuals who may benefit from HIV testing and prevention services. We provide rapid testing for HIV, Hepatitis C, and Syphilis, along with TB screening in accessible community settings as well as free drop-in testing at our 401 Branard St location during the week.

Our approach centers on meeting people where they are—offering culturally relevant health information, risk reduction resources, and personalized support. We connect community members with case management services, healthcare providers, and substance use treatment and education when desired, recognizing the important connections between overall health and wellbeing.

Our specialists provide rapid testing for HIV, Hepatitis C, and Syphilis. While we don’t offer full STI panel testing or PrEP services, we’re happy to talk to you about your options and connect you with providers who do.

Community PROMISE

This program conducts outreach with gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men (MSM) to increase HIV and STI knowledge and prevention.
