Nightclub Shooting Florida Vigil


In the weeks following Orlando, many people are still working on healing from the horrible event that happened on June 12th. Among the things people may experience, even from a distance, after something like the Orlando shooting are:

  • Anger, irritability or mood swings
  • Sadness or hopelessness
  • Confusion or difficulty concentrating

In this healing time, let’s remember to be gentle to ourselves and with each other. Here are some resources, some LGBT specific, to deal with trauma and stress.
