On Sunday, June 4, the Montrose Center held its annual LGBTQIA+ Youth Prom at The Ballroom at Tanglewood, benefiting Hatch Youth. The whimsical decor transformed the venue to encapsulate this year’s theme: Alice in Wonderland Mad Hatter’s Tea Party. The event drew more than 100 youth and 50 volunteers for a magical evening of music and dancing.
We couldn’t have asked for better entertainment! Thank you to Flawless OZ for hosting, DJ GNDRBNDR for the impeccable music choices, and Barry Mii Dandy for performing. Also, huge shoutout to our amazing volunteers from Chevron, Chase, and Accenture for helping us pull off the event, and to the local stylists Valerie and Bianca from Craft Salon and Sarah Victoria representing herself who did hair and makeup for the youth.
