Perfect for receptions, ceremonies and gatherings, this room includes stack seating for up to 96 guests, twelve (12) 60” round tables that can seat up to 8 people each, four (4) 4’ rolling, rectangular tables, and a podium. There is a retractable screen for video projection that can be lowered.

*The center does not supply audio/video equipment at this time.

Hourly Rates:

Hourly rental rates are for booking requests not exceeding six hours and/or not exceeding 100 guests. Individuals with booking requests exceeding six hours and/or exceeding 100 guests must contact LGBTQcenter@montrosecenter.org to discuss the needs of the event. Special rates apply.

Weekday LGBTQ Rate: $40 per hour LGBTQ After-Hours Rate:$60 per hour (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

Weekday Ally/Friend Rate: $60 per hour Ally/Friends After-Hours Rate: $80 per hour (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

As stated on the introduction page as well as in the Terms of Facility Use, rental space may not be used for partisan purposes, such as the endorsement of, support of, or encouragement of support for an individual running for elected office; or for the activities of an established political party. General political engagement activities such a voter registration drives and issue-related forums and debates are permitted, so long as the event is not hosted by a political party. LEAVE NO TRACE Policy

The Montrose Center's community space is a fully “self serve” facility. Our LEAVE NO TRACE clean-up policy helps keep rental costs affordable but requires that all renters participate and do their part, which includes the following:

Trash / Waste

I agree to REMOVE ALL TRASH / WASTE from the rented room including trash containers TO THE OUTSIDE DUMPSTERS and replace the container liners before leaving the space.

Chairs

I agree to NOT TO LEAN TABLES, FURNITURE, or other heavy items against the walls or cause damage to the walls, furniture or fixtures.

Cleanliness

I agree to TO CLEAN UP ALL SPILLS / MESSES using supplies found in the janitorial closet before leaving the space. (Entry code: 122122#)

General Condition

I understand that failure to leave the room in RENT-READY condition, or as I found it, will result in incidental charges and/or affect my ability to rent in the future.
