We can say we knew her before she was famous! Meghan Baker, a dual degree student studying law and a master’s degree in social work at the University of Houston has been chosen the Social Work Student of the Year by the National Association of Social Workers Texas Chapter. Meghan, who volunteers with HATCH, did her internship at Montrose Counseling Center. She was honored as MCC’s 2009 Student of the Year.
