Mindfulness, Well-Being & Stress Reduction

Time: 11am – 12 p.m.

According to Jon Kabat-Zinn, mindfulness is, “the awareness that emerges through paying attention on purpose, and nonjudgmentally, to the unfolding of experience moment to moment.”

The Montrose Center welcomes you to a weekly mindfulness practice. Free & open to the public. Everyone is welcome!

Practices include mindful breathing, compassion cultivation, singing bowl meditation, body scan, open monitoring, zen gardening, walking meditation, and more.
