Community Center 2025 Group Booking Request

As the authorized representative or organizer, I agree to comply with the Terms of Facility Use. I agree that failure of any and all event participants to comply with these terms may lead to additional charges, and loss of future facility use privileges.

I understand that the Community Center requires all groups to provide a valid credit card to remain on file for any incidentals resulting from my group’s use of the Center.

I understand the Community Center is a self-serve facility. No staff will be on site to immediately assist my group with concerns outside of business hours (M-F 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).

LEAVE NO TRACE Policy
The LEAVE NO TRACE requires that all renters participate and do their part, which includes the following:

Trash / Waste
I agree to REMOVE ALL TRASH / WASTE from the rented room including trash containers TO THE OUTSIDE DUMPSTERS and replace the container liners before leaving the space.

Chairs
I agree to NOT TO LEAN TABLES, FURNITURE, or other heavy items against the walls or cause damage to the walls, furniture or fixtures.

Cleanliness
I agree to TO CLEAN UP ALL SPILLS / MESSES using supplies found in the janitorial closet before leaving the space. (Entry code: 122122#)

General Condition
I understand that failure to leave the room in RENT-READY condition, or as I found it, will result in incidental charges and/or affect my ability to rent in the future.
