🌟 Staff Needed to Support the Out for Good Gala!
We’re looking for staff to help support the Out for Good Gala and make sure our guests have an amazing experience!
📅 Saturday, October 3, 2026
📍 Marriott Marquis Houston, 1777 Walker St., Houston, TX
🕔 Staff Shift: 5:00–8:30 PM
👔 Attire: Cocktail attire or “Wild and Untamed” theme attire
🅿️ Staff Parking: Parking will be reimbursed or you can use your ramp card. Further instructions will be given at Brunch & Learn event.
BRUNCH & LEARN!
By signing up for the event, you’ll be invited by the Development team to a brunch & learn session on Thursday, September 24th 10AM-11AM.
Available Staff Roles, please select your preference(s) and we will try our best to put you in those roles.
Guest Relations: Greet guests upon arrival and assist with guest needs throughout the event. Roles include Floaters, Wine Station Attendants, Back-of-Room Attendants, Table Ushers, and Parking Validation/Assistance.
VIP Guest Relations / VIP Bouncer: Help ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for VIP guests while supporting event leads and Montrose Center staff as needed.
Registration: Check in all guests using the provided tablets.
Silent Auction: Assist attendees with the silent auction, encourage bidding, remind guests to retrieve their prizes after the gala, and help Connor ensure all auction items are picked up.
BRING A FRIEND/PARTNER to volunteer with you! We’re looking for non-staff volunteers to support this event as well. Volunteers can sign up through our Galaxy portal: Out for Good Gala 2026 | the Montrose Center
