Interviewing trans staff about our experiences and hardships. The goal is to capture the emotional side of trans issues, to complement the education and training we already do. As we know, some people struggle to understand the emotional heart of an issue until they see how it affects the lives of people they care about. This video will be a tool (although not a solution) to help bridge that gap.
