Harris County Public Health (HCPH) published the county’s Community Health Assessment (CHA) and Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) in 2024. The Harris County CHA-CHIP Steering Committee meets quarterly to discuss planning and implementation for the current and future CHA-CHIP cycles.
