Community Pride Celebration Vendor/Sponsor Registration

Thank you for your interest in registering for the Montrose Center’s Community Pride Celebration on June 17, 2023, to celebrate LGBTQ+ Pride Month and the Center’s 45th anniversary! The Community Pride Celebration is a rain or shine event and no refunds will be given except when the Center is forced to cancel for another reason. We expect to host more than 1,000 community members of all ages at the Bash and encourage you to promote the event with your followers. A promotional kit will be shared with you at the beginning of June.
Registration ends at 12:00PM (Noon) on June 9! Late registration can not be accommodated.
Pricing and Sponsorships:
Registration to participate is free for nonprofits with a valid 501(c)3 or approved fiscal sponsor (while supplies last). For all others, and for guaranteed placement, registration begins at $100. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are available to purchase.
Sponsorships begin at $1,000 and include premium placement in coordination with the Montrose Center. Naming sponsorships, with naming rights and opportunity for fully-branded activations begin at $7,500. To create a custom sponsorship package or to learn more, email development@montrosecenter.org.
Required Meetings: All exhibitors will be required to attend either an in-person or virtual meeting to prepare for the event. Sponsors may choose to schedule a 1:1 walkthrough/meeting with a Montrose Center representative or attend one of the scheduled exhibitor meetings.
- In-Person Exhibitor Meeting: Saturday, June 3 at 2:00PM
- Virtual Exhibitor Meeting: Friday, June 9 at 2:00PM
Food Vendors: Food Trucks may register (2 spots available). For all other inquiries, email development@montrosecenter.org about selling food.
Alcohol Promotion: All exhibitors seeking to promote and/or offer samples of an alcoholic beverage (>1%) must choose a sponsorship level of $2,500 or more. Additional sponsorship opportunities and sales may be discussed by emailing development@montrosecenter.org.
CBD/Delta-9/THC/Cannabis Products: No products containing or claiming to contain any cannabis-derived substance may be sold or promoted at the event. Advocacy organizations are permitted.
Right of Refusal: The Montrose Center reserves the right to review, request additional information and/or reject any reservation for any reason. A refund will be issued if the Montrose Center rejects your registration.
