Welcome to our May update for the Law Harrington Senior Living Center!
Since our last update, our contractor has continued to take appropriate health precautions to protect all workers on site from COVID-19.
Safety has been the number one priority with group meetings being held virtually or in a socially distant manner, sanitation stations have been set up around the site, “hot zones” or highly touched areas continued to be marked, and personal protective equipment is being provided to workers.
Sheetrock has been completely installed, most of the brick of the community center exterior has been laid, and painting on the interior has begun. Check out the comparison from April to May below!
And look at the progress of the Legacy Clinic and waiting room, the library, dining hall, and gym!
Framing for all four stories of the the one and two-bedroom independent living apartments is complete, and work on the exterior and interior continues.
You can see the interior of the apartments starting to take shape with the addition of bathtubs and showers!
Though in-person hard hat tours are still not yet possible, stay tuned for a virtual tour later this summer. Until then, enjoy more pictures below!
