Community Center Group Bookings

I assume all responsibility for any incidentals resulting from deliberate acts or negligence by myself or any members of the group in attendance of the scheduled meeting or event. The Montrose Center reserves the right to assess incidentals incurred by my group at the conclusion of the meeting/event and to charge additional fees when necessary. Incidentals include damages and violations of the Terms of Use policy. Damages include: damages to floors, walls, furniture, property of the facilities, and theft. Violations include: propping exterior doors, using the facility outside of the booking agreement, failure to remove trash from booked spaces, and failure to return furniture to its original position. I understand that incidentals attributed to my group may also result in exclusion from future Center use.

Per the No Trace Policy, I understand that for any violations I will be assessed an incidental charge as exampled below:

$20: Small Impact: incidentals such as leaving furniture out of place, small food waste spills
$50: Moderate Impact: incidentals such as removing furniture, leaving trash within the space, large food waste spills
$100: Major Impact: incidentals such as leaving doors to the rented space open after completion of booking, minor structural damage to doors, walls, or furniture
$150+: Major Damage: incidentals involving extreme damage to the booked space or building (charges assessed based on quoted repairs)
