Wellness Wednesday February

Join us every 3rd Wednesday of the month at the Montrose Center for a Wellness workshop. In a time of uncertainty, many of us are carrying a lot—grief, anger, fear, and fatigue. Blooming Anyway: A Queer Community Healing Space is a therapist-led, confidential community session hosted by the Montrose Center, created for LGBTQ+ folks to process the current state of our world in a supportive, affirming space. This session serves as a follow-up to the Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Community Summit and is open to those who attended the summit as well as those who missed it and are seeking connection, grounding, and mental health support. Come as you are and find community, care, and shared understanding.
