This is an outstanding venue for large fundraisers, dances, banquets, and art shows where entertainment is the focus. This room comes with twenty-nine (29) 60” round tables that can seat up to 8 people each, seven (7) 4’ rectangular, rolling tables, and a podium. There are two retractable screens for video projection.

The center does not supply audio/video equipment.

Hourly Rates:

Hourly rental rates are for booking requests not exceeding six hours and/or not exceeding 100 guests. Individuals with booking requests exceeding six hours and/or exceeding 100 guests must contact LGBTQcenter@montrosecenter.org to discuss the needs of the event. Special rates apply.

Weekday LGBTQ Rate: $90 per hour LGBTQ After-Hours Rate:$110 per hour (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

Weekend LGBTQ Rate*: $130 per hour  Ally/Friends After-Hours Rate: $150 per hour (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
