所有 Center Wellness 团体和活动都是免费的。有些群体仅限于特定的年龄范围或性别类别。请阅读完整说明，并参考下面的日历了解更改和取消。
请注意：标有“ * ”的组需要摄入。如需安排，请在正常工作时间（周一至周四 8a-6:15p，周五 8a-5p）致电 713-529-0037。所有其他活动都是免费向公众开放的。对于未显示的不可预见的更改和取消，中心概不负责。
