Volunteer

There are several ways to make a significant impact at the Montrose Center: host an in-kind donation drive, bring a group of your employees to volunteer with us, or help us organize one of our signature events. The Center offers customized Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) education programs for C-suite leadership, employee resource groups, human resource professionals, or other teams at your company. Topics include general LGBTQ+ 101, using gender-affirming pronouns, creating an inclusive culture, and more.
