Perfect for receptions, ceremonies, and gatherings, this room includes stack seating for up to 136 guests, seventeen (17) 60” round tables that can seat up to 8 people each, and four (4) 4’ rolling, rectangular tables. There is a retractable screen for video projection that can be manually lowered.

The center does not supply audio/video equipment.

Hourly Rates:

Hourly rental rates are for booking requests not exceeding six hours and/or not exceeding 100 guests. Individuals with booking requests exceeding six hours and/or exceeding 100 guests must contact LGBTQcenter@montrosecenter.org to discuss the needs of the event. Special rates apply.

Weekday LGBTQ Rate: $50 per hour  LGBTQ After-Hours Rate:$70 per hour (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

Weekday Ally/Friend Rate: $70 per hour  Ally/Friends After-Hours Rate: $90 per hour (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
