DESCRIPTION:Put on your ruby slippers (or combat boots) and follow the glitter brick road to this year’s LGBTQIA+ Youth Prom — a night where you don’t need a wizard’s approval to be your true self. \n\n\n\nHosted by Hatch Youth\, “A Night in Oz” invites LGBTQIA+ youth ages 16–20 to celebrate in a space where courage\, heart\, and authenticity take center stage. Whether you arrive in Glinda glam\, Wicked realness\, or as your wonderful self from Kansas or beyond\, you’re welcome in our Emerald City. \n\n\n\nThe prom will be held at the stunning Ballroom at Tanglewood and features a DJ spinning tunes worthy of a cyclone dance break\, plenty of space to click your heels on the dance floor\, and a spread of food and drinks that’ll have you saying\, “Oh my!” (no lions\, tigers\, or bears involved). \n\n\n\nThis free event is for LGBTQIA+ youth ages 16–20.Expect music\, dancing\, door prizes\, and a night of queer joy. \n\n\n\n📅 Date: Friday\, May 31\, 2025🕖 Time: 7 – 11 PM📍 Location: Ballroom at Tanglewood\, 5430 Westheimer Rd\, Houston\, TX 77056👗 Dress Code: There isn’t one!
