DESCRIPTION:Support group for parents of trans kids and young adults – The Parents of Trans Youth support group at The Montrose Center offers facilitated peer support to parents and caregivers of transgender and gender-diverse youth and young adults. Led by parents of transgender young adults\, the group discusses general joys and challenges related to parenting transgender youth. Discussions will remain confidential among group participants. The group is open to any parent or caregiver of trans youth in the Houston area. Doors open at 2pm and discussion starts at 2:15pm.
