Montrose Diner Days aren’t just about the food–they’re also about new friendships and new experiences, all in an LGBT-affirming environment. Guests are encouraged to come early, have coffee, visit, play games, or join planned activities.
The Diner is open from 9am to 1pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Lunch is served at noon.
Seniors age 60+ and accompanying partners/caregivers are welcome to join at no charge. However, donations are accepted and appreciated.
New Guests
If you are age 60 or above and would like to join us, please come to Room 112 on any Monday, Wednesday or Friday 9:00-11:00 a.m. to complete a brief registration.
Lunch Reservations
For those already registered, lunch reservations may be made by calling 713.529.0037 x722 or by email. Please make your reservations by:
- Thursday at noon for Monday lunch
- Monday at noon for Wednesday lunch
- Wednesday at noon for Friday lunch
The SPRY Montrose Diner program represents a new partnership with Neighborhood Centers, Inc. with funding from Harris County Area Agency on Aging.
