HIV/AIDS Counseling Program Coordinator Presents at HIV Symposium

“Mental Health & HIV” is the topic Keville Ware, LCSW, Montrose Counseling Center’s HIV/AIDS Counseling Program Coordinator will present at the Houston Chapter of Texas Association of Addiction Professionals 37th Annual Conference on Addiction Studies pre-conference HIV Symposium.

The symposium will be held on Thursday, September 30, at the DoubleTree hotel on John F. Kennedy Boulevard. Other topics that will be addressed include Transgender Issues in HIV Care, Pre- and Post-Exposure Prophylaxis, Women & HIV, Working with the Latino Client with HIV, Substance Abuse & HIV, and Working with the Incarcerated. Continuing Education Credits will be available for Social Workers, LCDC’s, and Contact Hours are available for nurses.
