Trans Legal Aid Clinic – 107

Need to get your ID and other documents updated? Our clinics are designed to help at no cost! Volunteer attorneys will assist you in navigating the process to correct your name and/or gender marker on your identifying documents (driver’s license, passport, birth certificate, etc.).
Please bring as many of the following documents that you have:
your license/ID, social security card, birth certificate, a doctor’s letter, and a fingerprint card. You will eventually need all these documents to obtain your name and/or gender marker correction, but if you do not have any/all of them before coming to the clinic, THAT IS OKAY. Feel free to attend a clinic before you have all of these documents and our volunteers will provide the information you need in order to gather the required documents to proceed to the next step.
