This ultimate cocktail event is a mixologist program that celebrates the talent in Houston’s bar community. With the help of Woodford Reserve, PaperCity Magazine has brought together the most talented bartenders in the city to mix and pour their own creative twist on the classic Manhattan cocktail in one special evening.
