Help kick off Pride month by joining Alex Barerra, DDS and Black Swan Yoga for A Pride Flow for Change! This all-level flow will will focus on opening the heart to remove any shame or guilt we may be holding on to, and create space for empathy and love during this very special month. The class is donation-based, and all proceeds go towards the Montrose Center’s Hatch Youth program at the Montrose Center.
